Clean water is a luxury we in the west take for granted. Access to clean water is life changing and life giving. Like many Cambodian villages, Sala Kraw in northern Cambodia has never had clean water in its long history, so the new water system we installed is certainly a milestone to be celebrated.

Excited for clean, healthy water, the villagers themselves pooled their limited resources and contributed one third of the cost of this $9,500 water system, installed by Cambodia Impact. Over 600 people from 191 families in this village now have clean water–a healthy alternative to the dirty brown contaminated water they were accustomed to using.

Our great joy in this project, and others like it, is that not only are our Cambodian brothers and sisters now getting clean water to drink but are also hearing about the “Living Water” that Jesus Christ brings to the world.

Bringing clean water, Living Water, to poor rural villages brings immense change and improvement to the daily lives of its people while also bringing them the Good News of eternal salvation.

There is much opportunity to change lives in Cambodia with the simple act of installing water systems. Will you join us as we work to provide clean life-giving water AND Living Water to many more rural villages in Cambodia? Lives are being changed right now!

Blessings,
John & Linda Grover
